Our History
A cup of tea or a snack has always been an excuse to kill hunger or time. “Taste of Kulhad” stands for a desi cup of tea to start the morning or one to recharge oneself, as the day comes to an end. That is the taste we offer.
Back in 2019, the Journey of Baithack started with the idea of selling tea, keeping hygiene as the primary concern. After a couple of successful ventures, we are planning to expand our services across the country. The Idea behind Baithack is to tap into the hearts of Indians, where an evening of Baithack is a culture in itself. We believe, a Kulhad wali Chai in India is much more than just a drink, it is more of a statement or an expression. It can be an expression of friendship or a statement of bliss in solitude.
Baithack is one of the very few leading chains that have them all! Right from a range of refreshing Chai, to an assortment of delightful snacks, we serve everything. We believe in providing our guests with a cozy, homely feeling & give them a nice place to work/hang out while sipping on a steaming hot cup of Chai.

Operations Head
Running operations in the industry of food and beverages is one of the most difficult task in the industry as it needs to done by a person who has experience in almost all fields from marketing, sourcing, designing, etc, this role also needs a person with cool mind and certain calmness and this what Baithack’s Operations head is all about.
head Chef
Our Head Chef is a gem and baithack team is lucky to have him in the team. Ajit is more of a food scientist who will understand how each and every element which goes in to the dish makes our customer happy and the dish as yummy as possible. Our secret to constantly keep adding new things in the menu and keep our customer happy always!
Ganesh
Ganesh joined baithack in the COVID19 lockdown, The company where he was working shut down and he was looking for a job and this when he was taken in to the team even when there was opening, only because of his commitment that he has towards the work and honesty.
Deepak
Comming from a small place in UP and with family responsibily and a big fire in belly to devote in the right direction, joined team baithack since the birth of it and since then he has never looked back and have grown personally to great heights.
